Draft. Not legal advice. This states what the software actually does, which is the part an engineer can write. Have a lawyer review it before you take money.
What the service does
Collab stores transcripts of AI coding-agent sessions that you choose to publish, and makes them searchable by people you share them with.
What you are responsible for
You decide what to publish. Publishing is always an explicit action — the software never publishes a session on its own. You are responsible for having the right to share what you publish.
Credentials detected in a transcript are removed automatically before it is stored. That detection is good but not perfect: treat it as a safety net, not a guarantee, and rotate anything you believe was exposed.
What we are responsible for
Keeping your workcards visible only to the people you shared them with, isolating your organisation's data from every other organisation, and telling you promptly if we ever fail at either.
What we do not do
We do not use your transcripts to train models. We do not sell them. We do not read them except when you ask us to help with a specific problem and give us permission at that time.
Ending it
You can delete your organisation and everything in it at any time. If you stop paying, the account reverts to the free plan rather than being deleted.
